Incidental Findings Quick Guide
Fast access to evidence-based guidelines and recmmendations for radiology incidental findings. Copy the wording you need and drop it into your report.
How to Use
- Choose a tab: Click the topic (e.g., Liver Mass, Pulmonary Nodule). Some tabs have subtabs—hover and pick the right one.
- Find the matching box: Use size, imaging features, and risk category to locate the correct recommendation.
- Click the box: The text is copied to your computer's clipboard automatically.
- Paste into your dictation/report: Use Ctrl/Cmd + V (or your system’s paste) in PowerScribe, Fluency, Epic SmartText, etc.
Tips & Notes
- Direct links: You can load a pathway by URL (e.g.,

- Double-check context: These are guideline excerpts—ensure they match your patient and clinical scenario.
- Guidelines evolve: For complex cases, review the full documents or latest literature.
